Adding your space to Nomadwise is really easy. Simply fill out this form, provide us with the needed information about your workspace and we will set it live within the next 24 hours. You can upload up to five images and a description. In the process of adding your space, you can also opt-in for the booking engine.
You decide which products you want to offer on Nomadwise by adding them in the form. For each product you can decide if it is available for instant booking (usually applies to day, week and month passes) or available on request (usually applies to meeting rooms and private offices). The user books the product through Nomadwise and pays a reservation deposit to secure the booking, which also serves as the Nomadwise commission. You receive the remaining balance directly from the customer upon arrival.
Instant booking products: When a user selects this product, they will instantly receive a booking confirmation. You will be notified about any upcoming bookings in your space. Should your capacity be maxed out, you can always temporarily change the availability of those products.
On request products: Should a user select a product that is only available on request, you will receive a notification from Nomadwise asking you to confirm the product. You then have 24 hours to confirm or deny the booking. We will communicate your decision to the customer and lock the booking in.
Being listed on Nomadwise is completely free. We only start to charge a commission when customers book your space through our platform. If Nomadwise doesn’t bring you any bookings, you won’t pay anything.
To update the information on your listing, simply send an email with the new details to hello@nomadwise.io
The first step is to list your space on Nomadwise so that it becomes visible to our global audience of remote professionals. Once your space is listed, there are different ways to promote your coworking space even further, including being featured on the homepage or in a blog post, receiving the featured badge or increasing your SEO value with backlinks. We rank places primarily based on their Wi-Fi-speed to ensure our community members can find places with good internet connection first. Users can then decide to alternatively sort by Google reviews or alphabetically. You can decide to give a Nomadwise-specific offer or discount code to our users to incentivise them to visit your space. Offers can range from free day passes, food and drink deals to price discounts on coworking passes. Should you decide to give a discount on bookable products, Nomadwise will calculate its commission based on the discounted price displayed to the customers.
