The coworking space is responsible for issuing receipts and handling any financial inquiries.

Transactional Emails: By submitting a booking request, you consent to receiving transactional emails from Nomadwise related to your booking. These communications may include booking confirmations, updates, cancellations, and other necessary notifications to facilitate your booking.

Data Sharing: To process your booking, your personal details (such as your name, contact information, and booking specifics) will be shared with the coworking space you select. This sharing is solely for the purpose of fulfilling your booking request and ensuring effective communication regarding your booking.

Nomadwise does not process refunds as we do not retain funds after bookings are completed.

Customers must contact the coworking space directly for any refund requests.

Each coworking space sets its own rules, policies, and terms of use, which may include refund conditions, access policies, and local tax regulations.

Customers agree to comply with the coworking space’s own terms in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

Nomadwise is not responsible for enforcing coworking space rules or legal requirements.

If a coworking space fails to provide the booked service, the customer must resolve the issue directly with the coworking space.

Nomadwise does not mediate disputes and is not responsible for service quality, denied access, or any failure by the coworking space to provide the service.

Nomadwise is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal belongings at coworking spaces.

Customers use coworking spaces at their own risk and must follow the space’s rules and security measures.

Nomadwise does not provide insurance and assumes no liability for claims related to coworking space use.

Nomadwise strives to ensure accurate pricing and availability but reserves the right to correct errors or cancel affected bookings.

If a booking is impacted by an error, Nomadwise will notify the customer and provide options.

Nomadwise is not liable for any losses or inconveniences resulting from pricing errors or system malfunctions.

Provide false or misleading information when making a booking.

Attempt to bypass Nomadwise’s payment system to book a coworking space directly.

Use Nomadwise for fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.

Violate the intellectual property rights of Nomadwise or third parties.

Nomadwise provides information about coworking spaces, some of which is crowdsourced, submitted by coworking spaces, or obtained from public sources.

While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of this data.

Customers should verify all details (e.g., pricing, availability, policies) with the coworking space before making a booking.

Some content (e.g., coworking space descriptions, images) may be provided by third parties or licensed from external sources.

We make every effort to credit and attribute content appropriately.

If you believe that your copyrighted content has been used without proper attribution, contact us at hello@nomadwise.io with the subject line "Content Attribution."

Users may submit reviews, images, or content to Nomadwise.

By submitting content, the user grants Nomadwise the right to display it indefinitely on the website and social media.

Users are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their submissions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any legal disputes related to Nomadwise will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

By using Nomadwise, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

To confirm and manage bookings with coworking spaces.

To send you transactional emails related to your booking, including booking confirmations, updates, cancellations, and any other communications necessary to facilitate your service.

To forward your contact details to the coworking space for check-in and service purposes.

To process payments securely via Stripe.

To analyze website traffic and improve our platform (using Google Analytics & Heap).

To comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting requirements.

Coworking Spaces: Your name, email, and phone number are shared with the coworking space to facilitate check-in, service delivery, and related communications.

Payment Processing (Stripe): Your payment details are handled securely by Stripe. Nomadwise does not store your credit card information.

Analytics & Tracking (Google Analytics & Heap): These services help us track website usage in an anonymized way.

Hosting & Technical Services: Our website is hosted on third-party servers, and some data may be processed for maintenance and security purposes.

Right to Access: Request a copy of your personal data.

Right to Correction: Ask us to update incorrect information.

Right to Deletion ("Right to Be Forgotten"): Request to have your personal data erased.

Right to Object: Object to data processing in certain cases.
